1st DATCC INDIVIDUAL (FIDE RATED)

The Dato’ Arthur Tan Chess Center (DATCC) will organize the first individual FIDE rated 9 Round Swiss Tournament as per the schedule below:

Saturday 14 November 14:00 – 18:00 Round 1

19:00 – 22:00 Round 2

Sunday 15 November 09:00 – 13:00 Round 3

14:00 – 18:00 Round 4

Friday 20 November 19:00 – 2200 Round 5

Saturday 21 November 14:00 – 18:00 Round 6

19:00 – 22:00 Round 7

Sunday 22 November 09:00 – 13:00 Round 8

14:00 – 18:00 Round 9 followed by the Prize Giving

All games will be held in the DAT Chess Centre, Lot 4.20CS, 4^th Floor Car Park,

Kompleks Wilayah, No 2, Jalan Munshi Abdullah, 50100 K.L, Malaysia

SCHEDULE & REGULATIONS:

The Prize Fund will be 60% of the total collection or RM 2,000 (whichever is more). In addition vouchers for dinner & room nights from the CHM Hotel Chain (CitiTel Midvalley, CitiTel Express KL, Boulevard Hotel, Pangkor Beach Resort, CitiTel Penang, CitiTel Express Kota Kinabalu will be given. Detailed prizes will be announced before the start.

Time Control: 90 minutes + 30 sec increment from move 1) and will kickoff from Saturday, 14 November.

Entry Fees as follows:

IM, GM	FOC	FIDE Rtg > 2000	RM 50
FIDE Rtg > 2300	RM 20	FIDE Rtg <>	RM 75
FIDE Rtg > 2200	RM 30	No FIDE Rating	RM 100
FIDE Rtg > 2100	RM 40	All Under 16 players will get a 25% discount
